DC4K – Not Meeting

DC4KDivorceCare for Kids (DC4K) is a safe, fun place where your children can learn skills that will help them heal. DC4K blends, games, music, stories, videos and discussion to help kids process their parents’ divorce or separation and move forward. This group for children ages 5-12 and can be joined at any time. (A group for teens meets on Tuesdays <more>.)

Please note that we ask that the parent be actively participating in the concurrent DivorceCare group.

We are not able to offer DC4K this session.

For the location of other groups in the area, visit DC4K.org.

We need a leaders or there won’t be DC4K in the fall. It is a marvelous experience for the children to facilitate there adjustments and confusion of separating/ divorcing parents. We are looking for adults and teens that have experienced divorce someway in their own lives. It is not a “downer” that requires facing somber, depressing meetings. Sensitivity is required for those special moments that happen, but it is a happy hopeful fun ministry designed for child discipleship & skills for real life circumstances.

It is a beautiful way to introduce children to Jesus through videos, discussion, and prayer. I know there are people out there just made for this ministry.
